I will provide to you a framework to guide your Training! Both Dryfire and what/how to Livefire along side it.

You don’t need much but your gear and timer- just follow the program, record results, and check in Weekly on Zoom. A place to safely Dryfire at home, and access to a place to shoot weekly- can be a simple indoor range.

Once your first week/month is recorded and baselines set, I will continue to customize your monthly program to reflect your progress made and new goals.
